An excerpt from his book, “Your Body’s Many Cries For Water”…“in advanced societies, thinking that coffee, tea, alcohol and manufactured beverages are desirable substitutes for the purely natural water needs of the daily stressed body is an elementary but catastrophic mistake. It is true that these beverages contain water, but what else they contain are dehydrating agents. They get rid of the water they are dissolved in plus some more water from the reserves of the body!”

Nearly all the water we drink is positively ionized. It has been filtered and stripped of valuable electrons or negative ions. This causes the water molecules to share electrons and clump together. The result is fewer electrons to neutralize harmful free radicals. Free radicals are reactive atoms or molecules with an unpaired electron. How can we then neutralize free radicals found in regular drinking water?
What is pH?
Water also has a pH. (Potential of Hydrogen). The pH Scale is a measure of the degree of the acidity or alkalinity of a solution as measured on a pH Scale of 0 to 14. The midpoint of the pH scale is 7.0 and represents neutral, meaning the solution is neither an acid nor a base. Numbers below 7.0 indicate acidity; numbers greater than 7.0 indicate basicity or alkalinity.
Water can be acidic. If water falls below 7.0 on the pH scale, (you can keep in mind that battery acid is 0.0 and liquid drain cleaner is 14.0), you could be causing harm on a cellular level, especially if you already consume acidic foods like meats, coffee, or processed foods.
What is alkalinity?
Alkalinity refers to basic compounds which have a pH greater than 7. The human body provides clues regarding the value of alkalinity in the diet. Bone health relies on a healthy acid/alkaline balance in the diet because when there is a net acid load, the body leaches bone minerals such as calcium to maintain proper blood pH. Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, which are alkaline-forming foods, helps maintain healthy blood pH levels in our bodies, protecting bones and balancing the potentially negative impact on an acidic diet that most of us consume in the form of meats, sodas, salted foods and processed foods.
Alkalized water helps to ensure maximum hydration at the cellular level, helping the body to efficiently cleanse away toxins in your systems. Water is essential to good health and is your body’s principal chemical component, making up, on the average, more than 60% of your body weight. Every system in your body depends on water. Lack of water can lead to dehydration which can drain your energy and make you feel tired and ultimately lead to cellular dysfunction.
Considering your brain tissue is 85% water… this shortfall can be devastating!

Not surprisingly, based on Dr. Golomb’s investigations into statin drug studies, ALL of the large randomized control trials of statin drugs have been funded by drug companies. And when you consider that the pharmaceutical industry makes about half a trillion dollars annually, it’s easy to see how statin drug research may have been clouded by conflict of interest.
So why is there not more independent research being done?
“It’s very expensive to do those studies,” Golomb explains. “The only other source of funding for reasonable sized studies is the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
We approached the NIH to conduct a study to see whether coenzyme Q10 might mitigate muscle side effects of statins, and we were told by NIH officers that they wouldn’t even consider to do the study unless we ask the drug company to supply the statin…
So I contacted the NIH and I said, “I’m really trying to have a career free of drug company conflict of interest, would it be such a problem to have one study that doesn’t have a drug company involved in it?”
And they said, somewhat reasonably, that their interest is in leveraging their funding and therefore, no, they would not consider an application unless we asked the drug company to supply the drug, which of course already set some level of conflict of interest.”
So, unfortunately, the need of the government to leverage their investment has the unfortunate side effect of also producing ties to industry. Clearly, a pharmaceutical company is not going to jump at the chance to give their drug to an independent researcher who may find that the drug has significant problems.
If they voluntarily supply the drug, they’re naturally going to want to have a say in what results are published at the end.

Dr. Ed Spencer has been fired by the hospital he was affiliated with for telling other doctors about the contaminated flu virus in Europe. He had to close his practice and further, the medical board is telling him he needs to undergo psychiatric testing. Apparently, Dr. Spencer has spoken the truth and has been tarred
and feathered by the medical profession.
After informing his colleagues of the dangers of the H1N1 vaccine and Baxter’s contaminated samples sent to an eastern European lab, Dr. Spencer was summarily fired and ordered to have a psychiatric exam. In this video he sets the record straight.

What is Wellness? When do we know we have it? What does it look like; feel like?
How can we describe this intangible element? Here are a few…
Wellness is a quality of life or lifestyle that has been described as vital and healthy.
Wellness is a reality that can be actualized with education.
Wellness is that spark that children have and we all comment on- “wish I had that kind of energy!”
Wellness is energy, energy for living and sharing and laughing and loving.
You know the old saying, “Life’s too short…” well let’s look at this from a different angle: “Life’s Too Long! Life’s too long to feel badly, to crack louder than a firecracker anywhere in your joints, to grab the furniture when you first stand up, to have a bottle of pills be your life long companion. Add your own to the list.
The point is life ticks through space and time carrying us through our stories of family and friends and All of us want to feel our best doing so.
Make no bones about it; Wellness Education is the best road to a lifestyle of wellness.
So how is it possible to answer the questions above with out first knowing a few things?
What is it that you want to do in your life? How are you going to do that?
It’s much like any business plan.
1. You need to have a vision and mission statement.
2. Create a business plan with actionable steps to achieve your mission.
3. Set timelines with milestone dates of completion or accomplishment.
4. Write these down and set goals that will realistically help you meet them.
5. Recognize your steps and achievements along the way.
6. Celebrate NOW!
7. Always remember to say Thank You.
8. Learn something new everyday, stay mentally stimulated for that mind-body connection.
Get passionate about how to access that fountain of wellness within you because it is the key NOT to Longevity (that is a debate that will have to wait for another time) but to Quality of life we are looking for. The key to look and feel better, to look and feel your best.
This is not a measure of perfection and certainly not a measure between any two people.
Now is the time for Wellness to be revealed. Now is the time for Wellness Knowledge.
Now is the time for your Fountain of Wellness to flow.
